You want to burn face fat ?

Is you face fat ? Are you trying to find a quick way to reduce it ?

Great, you are at the right place.

First of all, there’s no easy way to lose your fat. In fact if you did continue to read this because you wanted an easy way out, I think you most probably will never change it, because you want things the easy way out, and nothing valuable comes easily, including a fit strong physique.

Now that we made that clear let’s talk about my experience in this arena since the whole basis of writing this very post is to promote my channel.

You can’t target an area of your body and train to make it …… lose fat. It doesn’t work that way. Maybe, just maybe if you really give a higher emphasis to a body part, maybe that part would look relatively more muscular than the rest of your body parts, but then again, it doesn’t make much sense, because the goal is to look fit and good with a balance, not with a single outstanding body part, which means even if there was, hypothetically a way to burn off your face fat through specific means, you’ll still look on average pretty much the same, because the rest of your body is indeed the same.

Face fat burns off when you exercise. I’ve seen it in my clients, I noticed it later into my career, because as a coach I never looked at their face, I just wanted to help them achieve their fitness goals, it was merely an observation.

So the conclusion of this whole post is, if you want to burn your face fat, hit the gym, the reason being, I don’t think theres a more effective way to burn fat sustainably than directly lifting weights and eating well with the aim of changing your body composition. Something else I’ve noticed is, face fat actually burns off relatively fast, its in fact one of the first indicators when you lose fat, but I don’t think it’s a good idea to hit the gym with the aim of reducing your face fat, I think that’s stupid, but if that’s what you want, the gym is for you too, after all, who am I to discrimate.

Ps – the level to which face fat burns off will vary from individual to individual because it is based on genetics, fat distribution, gender etc. And damn I can’t believe I wrote this stupid post.
