Did you give up after 25 years of age ?

So far, from what I’ve seen, most of you over 25 years of age, basically gave up on your body, and I’m not quite sure why, is it because you believe you can do nothing about it, or if you are too distracted and completed forgot the vessel you walk in. I’m also not talking about applying some cream on your face, or getting a new hair cut.

This is your body, your blood, your guts, do you have any idea the physical potential of a human being ? We have men and women achieving unimaginable feats in physical contexts. Don't you want a glimpse of this power and control ?

Today I got a call from a client, thanking me for his progress and his satisfaction with where he stands compared to a year ago. This is a well educated man who is over his 40’s holding a high position in the government and balancing his family and his personal life at the same time. I have seen how busy his life can get and every minute in his day actually does count.

Although I would have loved to share most of these testimonials with images, i cannot since I have to respect the privacy of individuals. But it always had me thinking, the extent to which people can completely change their lives around by adapting a simple and healthy lifestyle. If a man like this, found the time to train and dedicate 4 days a week, why can't you even attempt half of that ?

Most of you have completely forgotten what you are capable of physically and you have no idea how the physical aspect will help you increase your day to day energy levels. To the men, your increase in testosterone and HGH with the right exercising routine and recovery will reverse the aging you felt. It's the same theory for the women, as your muscle mass declines with age, this is the way to reverse it, preserving that shape you always wanted while keeping your strength levels intact, and to also reduce risks of conditions such as osteoporosis.

The right balance between aerobic and anaerobic training will make you stronger and your heart healthier, and simple day to day decisions of sticking to the right meals and letting yourself be spoilt once in a awhile will optimize the quality of your life.

And for those of you athletes back in the day, don’t forget the power of muscle memory, it will stay with you for even 1.5 decades.
